I showed Kenneth your blog, at first medyo deadma, then binalikan and reacted...
"bakit andyan piktyur ko?"
Eh kasi nilagay ni Tito Jeff.
"Yun ba yung bakla na me balbas?"
Opo.
"Kasama ba niya yung isang fren, yung feeling Juno?"
Opo.
Opo.
"Nasa Davao ba sila mama?"
Opo.
"Punta tayo dun, please?"
Wala tayong pera, mahirap lang tayo.
"Siguro mayaman mga tito ko sa Davao?"
Siguro.
Siguro.
"Ano ba yan sagot mo mama, ano ka man?"
Eh ano gusto mong sagot?
"Bakit opo-opo sagot mo, marami namang ibang salita pede magamit mo." Then agad walk-out. Oops!

By the way Kenneth loves to read him books of Ibon Adarna and series of Dick King-Smith.

He's still one of the boys even with his choice of toys. So, mga Tita, it's still too early to tell, hah!

di naman siguro. young boys can play anything around them... it's only the adults' reactions to them playing with dolls that leave lasting impressions on them... who's the kid to you? :)

i just finished reading this at Sun Star Davao and then hop unto the link on your blog. My nephew asked why JK was holding on 3 Barbie dolls.

I told him : "He likes to play with dolls"
He said, "But Dolls are for girls."
I told him boys can play with dolls too as well as girls can play with cars. Wag lang siguro hanggang paglaki hehehe

Tama si Dava at tani, kenneth is on his exploratory stage "bonggah term ko!" Actually he is aware that all toys whether toy guns, tanks, stufftoys, dolls, robots or kitchen utensils are gender free. At his age, I always tell him that washing clothes or cooking does not require to have a vagina or that fixing our roof does not have to be a job for those with penis. True kayo, but in case he wants to be a gay someday, I dont mind given that he is the only child I have.
